Who will pay for the service?
If you are a victim of a crime, AAA Service Company will perform all required services without requiring payment at the time of service. Many insurance policies will pay for our services. We will find this out for you so you will not even have to call your agent. We will work with your insurer and file the claim for you so that you are free to deal with the tragedy at hand and tend to your loved ones.
In some cases, the state victims’ assistance program will pay for our services when you do not have insurance or your insurance will not cover the type of loss you have suffered. We will gladly assist in determining if you are eligible for this type of assistance.
Can’t I just use my regular cleaning or janitorial service to clean up blood or pathological waste?
The Trauma Scene Waste Management act states: “Trauma Scene Waste” shall be immediately contained and cleaned up by a “Trauma Scene Waste Management Practitioner” or those properly trained and equipped to work with potentially concentrated infectious materials.
