Formerly owner of a world wide carpet cleaning franchise, there came an opportunity to do more in the way of water extraction and clean up. In February of 2001, services were expanded to get more involved in Pack In/Out of content, Fire Clean and Fire Pack In/Out. We have grown into one of the most well respected and trusted mitigation companies in this area. Though local, we still offer the high, consistent professionalism you come to expect from our national competitors. Jon graduated from the University of Memphis in 1994 with a B.A. in Spanish. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration in 2003.In addition to his formal education and 10 years of management experience, he has obtained certification from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. Jon runs the day to day operations of the company. His main focus is on risk management and the continuous training of our employees so that they have the best job knowledge and certifications necessary to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers.  Denise DentonFinance Controller / Office Manager Mobile 901-508-2431 Denise has been with AAA Service Company LLC for the past eight years. Her position with the company is Controller and Office Manager. She plays a very vital role in AAA by overseeing all bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, collections and serves as an important link between insurance companies and all of our customers. We use the latest in accounting, scheduling and estimating software available. Any problems or reconciliations between AAA and our customers, she is the person that will handle your needs with the utmost of care. Tina has been in the Fire, Smoke and Water Restorations industry for over eighteen years. She is IICRC certified in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. She specializes in acting as a liaison between insurance companies, adjustors, contractors and policy holders. She is well respected in the industry and her organizational and problem solving skills make her an asset on any job.  Jacqueline HarrisFire & Pack-Out Estimator Mobile 901-606-5416 Jackie has been with AAA Service Company LLC for the past two years. Jackie has been in the Fire, Smoke and Water Restoration business for the past seventeen years. She has proven to be a valuable asset to our company with her customer service experience and her expertise in handling in-house operations for our restoration customers. She is very dedicated and loyal to those she works with and is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of her customers. James is IICRC certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration and Odor Control. By the end of 2007, he will be certified in Upholstery and Fine Products and Journeyman Fire and Smoke Restoration. James gives great attention to detail, especially when it comes to keeping the customer and their belongings safe and returnable, which is both beneficial to the customer and to the insurance companies we represent.  Shane ZellWater Damage Restoration Estimator Mobile 901-508-2437 Shane has been with AAA Service Company LLC for the past five years. Shane has been in the Carpet and Water Restoration business for over 12 years. He is certified with the Carpet Rug Institute, he is IICRC certified in water damages, Duct cleaning and is a star master technician with Chem-Dry®. Shane supervises our 24 hr – 7 day a week emergency services team and he is willing to do what it takes to get the work taken care of in the quickest most efficient way possible for both the homeowners, contractors and the insurance companies alike.  Dave BeckWater Damage Restoration Estimator / Flooring Sales & Installation Mobile 901-484-9222 Dave joined our team in March 2008 and brought with him over 20 years of experience in flooring sales and installation, carpet cleaning, and water damage restoration. He is IICRC certified in Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Water Damage Restoration, Journeyman Water Restorer, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, and Odor Control. Dave’s specialty is handling water damages – removing contaminated flooring, drying floors and structure, and replacing all types of flooring. His primary goal and focus is returning the property to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible to minimize the inconvenience to the property owner and to save the insurance company money. |
